That is a good place to start. The Playbook helps you learn about the process and prepare questions. It does not assume you will go ahead, or tell you which choice to make.

Can this help with the emotional side?

The printable companion offers reflection prompts, words for a partner conversation and practical ways to organise research and support. It is not counselling or a treatment for anxiety. You can skip any prompt that does not help and seek personal support when you need it.

Can I use this before I have a clinic quote?

Yes. Start with the process guide, consultation questions and booking script. Use the Quote Decoder when you have written prices or answers to enter.

Is this medical advice or a success calculator?
